Sadly in my experience CPM differs greatly when it comes to flexibility around family life, depending upon who your manager is. Some are extremely flexible and understanding while others are less so. Staff working in the field are generally offered a degree of flexibility as a matter of course with regards to their start and finish hours, which is great. Unfortunately if you are Field staff on a full time contract, they will not allow staff to drop down to part time hours. It is different for office staff though, as they are more willing to allow office staff to work part time.
