My experience in the 3 years at the firm is, generally, positive when it comes to openness to discuss requirements around family life. As an example, I and others have been promoted during maternity leave and partners at the firm are very supportive in fast tracking the process. However, I also think that this is team dependant and my specific team leadership are particularly supportive.
