ICL is awesome for supporting family life and my department which I manage even more so. As a senior manager, I ensure that staff with or even without families can work flexibly within reason. Pregnant women have paid time off to attend hospital appointments and even expectant fathers can do so too.
Staff with children can work during term time only if they wish too and I have amended contracts to this effect.

Imperial is amazing! There are so many pregnant women which shows how great they are and supportive. I don’t have kids yet but would love to have them at imperial. There are lots of classes and information for mums to be.
