I work for a great company who are all about culture, family, transformation and work life balance. Having conversations about flexible working or time off for family is not difficult at all. An arrangement can be put in place to meet individual needs. Maternity/paternity pay is very competitive. As a mum of 2 who works full time I benefit from the flexibility I get. I actually have no complains, I feel blessed and very grateful.
