Parent reviews
National Grid has a good work life balance with most people out of the office by 6pm. It has an older workforce so most people have kids and understand the need for flexibility. However flexi working arrangements are made at team level so it is highly dependent on your manager. Overall, it is a good place to work if you are thinking of starting a family and need a paced environment.
