6 weeks full pay, 20 weeks half pay and 11 weeks statutory

6 months’ continuous service at 11th week your baby is due on

ADDITIONAL BENEFITS

Women eligible for bonus with no contractual conditions.

  • The employer offers flexible working and child care vouchers. It is a qualifying condition of the maternity provisions that the woman returns to work for at least 3 months.  If she fails to do so, the Council may require her to refund part or all of the 20 weeks half pay.
